dirty streetsunsafe area
The room was small i had difficulty opening my luggage. storage was scarce. i was disappointed that laundry service wasn't available as advertised. the surrounding area felt unsafe dirty streets were everywhere and drug users were smoking in doorways. prostitutes were present on street corners. It made me uneasy.

the reception staff are amazing. ross at the front desk was so helpful and always smiling! i loved how quickly they answered my questions both online and when i was at the desk. i really liked it that they were so accommodating too!

The reception staff was very helpful. They assisted me with directions. I found markets nearby, convenient for quick shopping. The room included a hair dryer and enough blankets, which I thought was thoughtful.
The shower was difficult to use because it was a hand shower set at waist level. It had no shower curtain. This caused the bathroom to get wet when I tried to wash my hair. I observed many drug addicts in the streets around the location. This.
